1. Acceptance of Terms
Crescent Sky Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates persidevi.com (the “Website”) and related digital educational materials, programs, and online services (the “Services”).

2. Service Model – Fixed-Term, Non-Recurring Access
persidevi.com provides fixed-duration digital access only.
We do NOT provide:

recurring billing;

automatic renewals;
-
negative option billing.
Each purchase grants access strictly for the selected duration shown at checkout.
Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased term unless a new purchase is made.
3. Access Periods & Pricing
All prices are clearly displayed at checkout before payment authorization.
3.1 3-Day Test Access

The 3-day access:

begins immediately after successful payment;
-
provides access for three (3) consecutive calendar days;

expires automatically after the 3-day period;
-
does not renew automatically;
-
does not create any recurring billing obligation.
If continued access is desired, a separate 30-day package must be purchased.
3.2 30-Day Access Packages

Basic – $39.99

Advanced – $59.99

Premium – $109.99
Each 30-day package:

grants access for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the purchase date;

expires automatically after 30 days;
-
does not renew automatically;
-
does not create recurring billing.
After expiration, access is terminated unless a new purchase is completed.
4. Clear Purchase Authorization
By completing checkout, you explicitly:

authorize Crescent Sky Inc. to charge the exact amount displayed at checkout;
-
acknowledge the selected access duration (3 days or 30 days);
-
understand that access will automatically expire at the end of that period;
-
confirm that no recurring billing will occur.
The total transaction amount is presented prior to payment confirmation.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via PCI-compliant third-party payment providers.
The charged amount will match the price displayed at checkout.
In some cases, the amount may appear as split transactions whose combined total equals the authorized purchase price.
6. Billing Descriptor
Charges on your bank or card statement will appear as:

The billing descriptor corresponds directly to the Website domain to ensure transparency and customer recognition.
If you do not recognize a charge, you agree to contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
7. Delivery of Digital Services
All Services are delivered electronically.
Delivery is considered complete when:

No physical products are shipped.
8. Customer Responsibility & Pre-Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issue related to:

We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may be considered misuse of the payment system.
9. Refund Policy

Approved refunds, where applicable, apply only to the most recent completed transaction and will be issued to the original payment method.
Expired access periods are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
